These Terms govern your use of the HoneyBae app and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, you agree to comply with these Terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Provide accurate information
• Not impersonate or deceive other users

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use HoneyBae respectfully and legally
• Not harass, abuse, or harm others
• Not upload explicit, abusive, or copyrighted content
• Follow community guidelines and safety standards

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Create fake profiles or impersonate another person
• Use bots, automation tools, or scraping software
• Attempt to hack, damage, or interfere with HoneyBae systems
• Use HoneyBae for commercial solicitation or spam

5. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Prices may vary based on region and currency conversion
• Upgrades become accessible immediately after successful payment

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, and app content belong to HoneyBae.

Unauthorized copying or reuse is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

HoneyBae is not responsible for:

• Offline interactions between users
• User-generated content
• Any damages arising from misuse of the platform

Users interact at their own risk and should exercise caution.

8. User Safety, Blocking & Reporting Policy

HoneyBae maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content, abusive behavior, impersonation, scams, harassment, and inappropriate conduct. Users are required to use the platform responsibly and respectfully at all times.

Blocking Users:

Users may block other users at any time using the “Block User” option available on profile screens. Blocking immediately prevents all interaction between the two users, including profile visibility, messaging, matches, notifications, and search visibility. Blocked users are not notified of the action. Blocking does not remove or affect any prior reports or moderation actions taken against the blocked account.

Reporting & Marking Profiles as Fake:

Users may report profiles they believe to be fake, abusive, or suspicious using the “Mark as Fake” feature and must select a valid reporting reason. Each user may submit one report per profile. When a profile receives reports from multiple unique users, HoneyBae may apply a visible “Suspected” tag to protect the community. This tag cannot be removed by users or administrators.

By using HoneyBae, users acknowledge and agree to these safety, reporting, and moderation practices.

9. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate:

• Safety policies
• Legal regulations
• Terms & Conditions

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
